Here is our story
LabinMotion is a brand of Aedion Infotech Pvt. and offers Executive Education programs for working executives.
LabinMotion is a platform designed to help participants acquire skills, competencies, knowledge, and clarity on various topics related to management education. LabinMotion caters to learners of all interests and expertise levels. The programs offered are curated, relevant, and designed with a mix of relevant pedagogies to help participants with tangible takeaways.
Many of the LabinMotion programs are offered by the Institute of Management Research, Teaching, and Training (IMARTT), a Centre of Excellence that designs programs relevant to the needs of participants and the industry.
Faculty offering programs have excellent academic credentials with decades of industry experience. Most of them have teaching experience at leading B-Schools such as the IIMs and offer a strong combination of theory and practice.
LabinMotion is hosted on https://labinmotion.com. The in-house Learning Management System (LMS) allows participants to download study materials, access assignments, take quizzes, and view videos.
AIPL was registered in 2011 and is promoted by a PGP alumnus from IIM Bangalore with more than three decades of industry and entrepreneurial experience.

General Questions
Focus on horizontal and functional skills
Most working executives are highly invested in operational and functional areas of what they do but find it difficult to connect the dots. Our programs have been designed to improve horizontal skills (strategy, innovation, leadership, etc.) and deepen functional skills (private equity, sales management, mergers & acquisitions, data science, etc.).
How are the sessions delivered?
We have observed that-participants prefer live-online or in-person sessions. This helps them save time on travel and at the same time experience and participate in classroom discussions. We do not offer asynchronous courses i.e recorded videos. Our core belief is that learning happens through peer learning and discussions, especially in the area of management studies.
Focus on interactions with industry leaders
An half-an-hour interaction with industry leaders can change the way you look at things. We try our best to get industry leaders to interact with participants and the knowledge, wisdom, and perspectives they bring to the sessions can change your life forever. Most participants are looking at those nuances and perspectives that can change their thinking. These interactions can be truly transformative.
Establishing credentials
Aedion Infotech is promoted by veterans with MBAs from the IIMs with more than three decades of industry and entrepreneurial experience. The founders have specific experience in the higher management education sector in India.
